Click-Deck is a small family business, which has established itself as one of the largest suppliers of decking tiles in the UK. Looking to expand their product range going into 2023, they felt a new website would better showcase their growing product range.

We were recommended to Click-Deck by their SEO Consultant, who we’ve worked closely with for a number of years. After reviewing various options, budget and style of website, Click-Deck gave us the go ahead to design and build a new website for them. Part of the brief was that the site needed to be easy for them to update prices, products and photos independently, which was something they were unable to do with their previous website. All our websites are easy to manage and we provide training to support this, so this wasn’t a problem.

Their new website is easy to navigate and the shop area allows visitors to scroll through each product, product category, and related products. It also includes a blog, an FAQ page and plenty of photos sent in to them by their customers. A new, highly beneficial feature they didn’t have on their previous website is individual product reviews, which support new potential customers with their buying decision. 

The pricing for Click-Deck varies, based on quantity ordered. Their previous website calculated the number of tiles required based on area measurements, to help customers understand how many tiles they needed to order. This is something we replicated on the new site, along with a table showing the price difference as the quantity increased.

Click-Deck run a number of pay-per-click (PPC) ads. Working closely with their SEO Consultant, we added conversion tracking to the site so all purchases that came directly from a PPC ad could be identified, enabling the team to see what ads were working for them and where best to spend their marketing budget. 

The new website has been well received by their customers and has delivered a number of orders for them so far in 2023.
