Biopac's website was a simple brochure website which featured some of their products and an explanation about the materials used. It generated approximately one enquiry a week and a low number of visitors.
Sixothree recommended an e-commerce site as a way of attracting new business and allowing customers to buy products at a time more convenient to them. Biopac's customers are mainly cafes, restaurants and bars who often can’t pick up the phone and buy their products during normal office hours.
The result was an e-commerce site which works well in attracting new customers, an increased number of orders per month and an increased basket size per order. Many customers have commented on the website navigation saying that now they can find just what they're looking for quickly and easily.
